I purchased a new Nokia E 63 mobile phone on MAY 22

The problem i am facing is :

1. after 3 days the battery got dead & on may 29, i went to nokia care they replaced the battery, but the battery got dead again after 4 hours.(their is heat up problem too)

2.i have submitted my phone on may 31 at nokia care, they verbally said that their is a problem in the mother board.

now just want a replacement (new set not a defected set) for my nokia e63, as its only been a week and i am not willing to take a defected set, i had visited nokia care twice.
