I have purchased a nokia phone and it's key pad stopped working within the warranty period while submitting the phone to Nokia Care they said that liquid has gone inside so the phone will not come under warranty coverage which was not at all true on insisting that there could not be any liquid damage they then forced to take nokia extended warranty which comes at a price of 140 rupees if the same is not taken then they said that they will claim that the damage was due to liquid and they will charge even higher .after I paid the same they said they will repair and give the phone back within 20 minutes but on investigation they found its a o/s problem which atleast could not caused by liquid
