I am shocked to bring to your knowledge thatI have recently purchased the Nokia E 7 set which is infested with certain technical problem. The data cable does not read computer so I cant upload or retrieve any data or pic. through my set.
I am fan customer of Nokia since more than 15 years and I never used any other set except Nokia.

The said Nokia care is not able to rectify my set problem till date and I called up so many times, not getting satisfactory answer,
Since I have purchased this set at a very dear price. I except full value for money and ask Nokia to replace my E7 with new one at earliest As this set is only 2 months old and in scratchless condition.
