I purchased Nokia phone model no 5130 on 30-08 containing IMEI no 3569080359224040 from New Era Communication 1484-D, Sant Nagar Rani Bagh Delhi 34; vide invoice no 01504 for the amount of Rs5300. There is a repeated problem of restarting in the mobile set. Due to this problem the set has been submitted the company's care center for repair for so many times. I have requested the manufacturer to replace the mobile set because the same mobile set is defective but the company is not responding. The mobile set has been submiteed by me on 18th May for repair with Nokia care and the service job sheet no is 143433527/100518/54
