Dear Sir,
I just submit my mobile phone in "Benz (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Nokia Care Center), C-126, Naraina, Industrial Area Phase-1" in last year 22/03 and that time my mobile handset is dead after one day Nokia care center person call me and say to your handset is repair now and collect your mobile by service center. I am visiting the Nokia Care Center and going to delivery counter and check my mobile but my mobile is same condition I told the delivery counter person he collect the my old job sheet and asking me you are again submit the mobile. I just submit again my mobile is same date 24/03 (my jobsheet No. 10143527/100324/17, IMEI No. 358997016135563, Model No. E51, Problem Phone is dead) in that time and my mobile in warranty period. After some day once again Nokia Care Center person call me and told me your handset is scrap now and replace in new handset. I am just going to Nokia Care Center and see the new handset but new handset is very bad condition and that phone repaired the 3-4 time and used by another customer. I not received the phone and come out the service center and asked to Nokia Manager {Mr. Manoj Wadhawa (Mobile No. 9999106591) & Parmod Mahajan (Mobile No. 9999200377)} and I just write the so many mail to Nokia and so many time to call and I call the Nokia Customer Care No. 30303838 and every time I call this number so customer care executive generate the new case id (case Id # 1-11314975544, 1-11529064377, 1-11565509622, 1-11324933608, 1-10940135075). I am facing so many problems in last one year and Nokia is not providing me a good solution. I just requesting to you sir please see my case and provide the solution.
