We residing at Guindy, Chennai entered into a contract of AMC with a franchisee named Adonis Electronics Pvt Lts, ONIDA House 18 4th lane, Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai 600034 Ph - 66783000.by paying a cash amount of Rs.1, 600 and recieved a receipt on 14.10.09. We have been requesting with gentle reminders for the past 6 months for a service and a repair on the oscillator motor of the Air conditioner (Onida). Though representatives of the company keep promising to attend none of them have turned back. False promises and not attending phone calls at all made us to intimate the Consumer forum. We need the money back and necessary action to be taken legally on them.
