Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Complaints
Four years back, I bought a Onida 29" Poison. The TV was working with problems for almost 3.5 years with extra AMC extended for 2 years.
I made a complaint with the Onida Service Centre (M/s. Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Nungambakkam) the Service Engineer visited my place and initially checked on 20/03 and told coil is not functioning and need for replace with amount to be paid by me.when he came on 27/03 he checked and told me the new coil is also not working and need to be taken to workshop for repair and he said he will be delivering innext 3 days.but there will be no reply from service centre and we have to call daily and enquire and each day he will say new stories about the components.
Then on 08/04, To my surprise, they have not repaired the TV and told me that they have to replace the board, which is not available at present and said i have to pay a amount of Rs.6500/-and another biggest surprise they are saying that we are not familiar with the board and couldnt work on it, this words coming from an authorised service centre of ONIDA.
I have made daily phone to the service centre to know the status of the TV. But, the response is totally disappointing. Whenever I call the Service Centre, they assured that the TV will be delivered within 2 days.
I spoke to Manager of Adonis (chrompet) today (08/04) and when i said you have to repair and give the tv and he is saying "whom ever you go and tell i don't care i can certify your tv is problem and shouting at us" see it is his product what i have with it what a poorest and worst customer response from a MANAGER .
The guy who took the board was Mr. Sathish Kumar and Mr. Manger didnt specify his name should be in Chrompet office. Ph:22413334
I have not seen such a worst service in my whole life. For a small display problem, I have to leave my TV not working.
Still he has'nt repaired still saying the same story.
It is right time ONIDA should cancel the licence of Adonis Electronics, Chennai, as they are harrassing a customers.
I will be forced to take legal action for my mental agony and the financial loss, if they fail to deliver my TV within a week.
I hope someone from ONIDA will be able to read my compliant and take appropriate action on Adonis, Chennai.
