CHEATING, HARRASHING, MISBEHAVING, WORST SERVICE BY NOKIA PEOPLE

Sir,

I purchased my Nokia E5 (IMEI : 352023049755735) mobile from Mobile Store, South Ext, NDELHI on 03/11/10 of Rs 11, 459/-only.

Day 1st, there was a lots of problems on this set. i.e. Network problem, set hanging, auto off during messaging, net surfing, calling etc. Then I contact many times to Dealer, he always says go to Service Centre.

Then I deposit it in nearest Nokia Service Centre, i.e. Service & COMMUNICATION Solutions, A-180, Sukhdev Nagar Market, Opp., Defence Colony Red Light, New Delhi-110003 (ph: 9811659898, 9999444333).

After few days when I received it, its OVI maps & Whats Up not working, then i again deposit on 16/April/ 2011. (Job Sheet No:213433527/110416/30). After servicing, again there is a lots of previous problems remain.

Then I again deposit it on 23/April. (Job Sheet No:213433527/110423/41)

On 28/April, they give me an Exchange Unit (355949045707253) without prior information & ordered me to Format the Memory card before inserting in this set. I do it.

After few days, again I am facing same problems & using Camera time phone hanging etc. They advise me to change your SIM card. I buy a new Sim Card but my mobile problems remain same.

Again I deposite it on 29/Jul (Job Sheet No:213433527/110729/7),

18/Aug (Job Sheet No:213433527/110818/4),

27/Aug but its not working properly.

So, again I deposit it 01/Sep (Job Sheet No:213433527/110901/36), & this time they give me another Exchange Unit (357413049313830) on 12/Sep & the owner of this centre Mr Shivam Shouting, Misbehaving & insulting me & saying i.e. ' Roj-Roj chale aate ho! agali bar apni shakal mut dikhana.' & throw this set to me. Some scratches occurs on my Mobile & Mobile screen.

Again this set also not working properly & previous problems remain, then I made a complain on phone to Nokia Customer Care on 10/Oct/11 at 11:10am to 11:30am (CC Executive Ms Nancy), 11:36am to 12:03pm (CC Executive Kuldeep from ph no: 01165377835 (Compl No: I-11899337706). They suggest me again i deposite my Mob to Service Centre & inform back to Customer Care by phone.

Then i deposite that mob on 28/Nov (Job Sheet No:213433527/111128/36) & inform back to the Customer Care.(CC Executive Mr Bhavesh) on 28th Nov (call duration: 11min 24Sec) from my mob no:9811085068 at 4:56pm.

In the evening, when i receiving my set, again owner of Service Centre Mr Shivam shouting, insulting & Misbehaving me & again he throw my mobile to my side.

Again, at that time i contacted to Customer Care (CC Executive Mr Vineet & his Senior Rajveer) about this type of servicing & misbehaving from your side people, they suggest me send a complain to Nokia through email (email: [email protected]).

So, i sending this which are happened with me by Nokia side.

So, a lots of time i am feeling Bad, Fool, Idiot etc. Its not a good manner behave with a Çustomer.

I buy this Mob Rs 11, 459/-. I am facing continuing many problems from starting.

I am fully cheated by your side. Your people not behaving with a good manner with me. You all are Harresh me, cheated me, ignoring my mob problems.

That Mob is not working properly right now. What can i do? This is my blunder mistake to buy Nokia Mobile.

Nokia & Nokia people cheat me.
