Respected Sir,

I am a student of BIT Mesra, Ranchi. On 23rd july i bought Nokia x6 at 8.30 pm and came back to my hostel.

when i was exploring my mobile, i found the sound of my mobile starts blasting from 2nd highest level of volume on every songs and it starts heating after regularly playing songs for 30 to 60 minutes. Next day i went to the shop and informed them about the sound. They told me that sound blasting is its quality and also told me that if you dont believe compare it with other nokia x6. After that i came to my hostel start using the mobile, but how much i use mobile its blasting more and more, then i compared it with other nokia X6 but there is no problem with other nokia x6.After few days i went to the shop and inform them again. Now they are refusing to replace the mobile. Its a manufacturing defect then it should be replaced.

So, I request you to please help me and give me some positive response.
