Not returning my mobile

Dear sir/madam,

due to charging problem, i gave my mobile to repair at that time they said that they will return my mobile with in 10/15 days..but till now (1 month) completed they didn't. every time they use to tell me that call after 1 hr and after 1hr they use to tell me it had not come from company and it will take two days... after 2 days again same process... i also requested them give my mobile i will repair it some other place but no response.
