Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have purchased one Air-conditioner (1 Ton Split A/c) in May from M/s. Vasanth & Co., Mylapore, Chennai-4. After 3 days of my purchase, your people came and installed the A/c machine and they told that one louver is not available in the parcel and requested me to complain the same to the customer care. Immediately, I made a complaint to the Customer Care Centre. One Mr. Jayakumar attended the phone and he informed to send the technicians in a weeks’ time. But, I am sorry to say that no one has come to attend the fault. When I contacted Mr. Jayakumar, Executive, he never attended the phone. After my strenuous efforts, one day one man has come and opened the A.C Machine and he broke the existing one lover and he went out to bring another louver. But no one has come till date to rectify the louver.
Last week, I again made a complaint to the customer care. One Technician has come and saw the Air-conditioner and he has written the fault and gone. When I made purchase your
air-conditioner, no Warranty Card has also been given to me.
I request you to kindly send suitable technician to find the fault and rectify the same immediately, as I am suffering a lot because of the purchase of your Air-conditioner.
