I have purchased Ogeneral Split Airconditioner from Tater International Impex.22/E, Rock Avenue, Hindustan Naka, Opp. ICICI Bank, Kandivali (West), Mumbai. Inv. No. TI-11/00329 dt.02 Feb 1 Ton Split AC Pce is not working satisfactorily once Gas problem in July that party had cleared after taking Rs.3000/- as charges for it. since Aug.2011 I am after them for services and not cooling problem. After repeated request and complains their Mechanic/representative visited my place, as per his opinion again Gas should filled and exp. around Rs. 3000/- What is the solution and how to tackle it. Pl. guide. There might be Mfg. Defect.
