1. Bought ONIDA window 1 Ton AC on 29 April from Shri Krishna Electronics Tin No-07790388571, Invoice No 1942.
2. On 30 th April i registered a complaint with Dealer regarding noise in Compressor. Mr Arun Assured that within 72 Hours your complaint will be resolved. No body came even after 5 days passed i regularly visit dealer but he ignored my complaints and finally told that i have to call company service.
3. After day or so ONIDA Servicemen came and found that there is a problem in compressor and it will be changed.
4. Finally on 10th May i Lodged a complaint on no 01139889000 aswell as on Website my complaint no is 12059686380466.
5. after repeated attempts of calling for over a month on this no 9999828252 Mr Ajay send two person Mr Deepak on 10th June they even don’t have necessary tools for removing AC like screwdriver. I give them the screwdriver.and they take away Ac for 2days saying that they are taking to their workshop.
6. On 13th June I received my AC with same noise of compressor but now even it is not properly cooling also wether we press quick chill or decrease temp. there is no change in Compressor working they have tempered with My AC.
7. As I have noticed the staff of service is of third party not of Onida they are not qualified.
8. They even don’t know hot connect Power plug.
9. I just want to this AC to Replaced with new one As it has manufacturing defects also now tempered by unqualified Staff.
