I have lodged the above mentioned complaint for service of my onida 21 ky thunder model tv on 01-1 with the above adonis having AMC valid through 30-01. as of today I have not received any communication or any person visiting my residence for service of the above said service.
The main purpose of having AMC with them is for the after sale service if service from them is so bad and lethargic, being an ADVOCATE myself it is really pathetic to understand the plight of others members of the public.
something has to be done to make them aware it is not a game and it is a serious business and profeional ethics for the m to execute the service.
having gone through this festive season without the tv facility i feel really let down by the service people of ADONIS electronic pvt ltd.
If i am not getting anything positive by evening I propose to take the through proper redressal forum.
