I have registered a compliant on 15 Sep 10 about my 29 inch TV which got off automatically and after one week of compliant one executive had visited and informed that some parts of the TV is damanged and needed to get it. Its been going to be one month now and my TV is still not working and when enquired in the Thane service station, it was told that one executive had taken the parts and would visit your house.
I am surprised that the after receiving the parts how can a executive can move around for 3-4 days. Please help me to rectify my problem with the service centre.
