Within one month, thats 20 days, the ONIDA AC split S1 12 (19990) SLH 5star has stopped cooling. After many complaints and worst reponse from officials (named RAJESH), it took weeks to approach us. They agreed to replace the whole unit, but till now no response from their side. Im terribly frustrated by their useless actions, even my grandmother's became frustrated and her health is in terrible condition due to this (because she only bought it and she was worried about her money spent in it). I bought this piece of junk from the Famous Cheaters RATHNA FAN HOUSE.
