I had made a complaint (12050736380150) for misfunctioning of my ONIDA washing machine on 6 May.
From then i have called up the call centre for atleast 15 times and still i have not got any response. Its ridiculous, there is no option to escalate the issue on their site or on call centre. I would suggest never to purchase a ONIDA product, as the service provided i really horrible...
