Sir/Madam,

My job Complaint No:10021156380193. I given this Complaint on Feburary 2nd of 2010 Onida Service person came after 10 days from the call logged. He inspected the Onida Black 300 TV Model for several hours then he taken the Board to M/s. Adonis Electronics India Ltd rep by its Authorised service partner for ONIDA, Onida Engineer still he could not able to diagnose the problem right now. Finally he says that LOT, Memory Ics, Vertical Ics. Capacitor, Resistor, Transformer, Filters, Regulators, having problem in the PCB, for replacing the above spares, You may go to New PCB Board the Engineer Says, I am Very much angry with the Onida Service persons. I contact the Tambaram incharge, and Nungambakkam Incharge but they replied to me to go for New TV they will take us that old TV for Buy back system, I am Replied that to give by Board back without service, Time Now they never given my board yet, I feel very much sad on the service support given by the onida service persons, and many hours of my valuable time trying to contact the service provider and have been going through extreme frustration and mental torture. I request the consumer forum to take the information from both the manufacturer and the service provider.By keeping these type of service for upcoming days Onida will definetly fall in future at sales. Here After I am assure that I Will not Buy a Product in ONIDA.
