To whom so ever it may concern
I have bought Onida 21 inch ultra slim with USB TV worth Rs. 10, 200 on 13/8. since that day i am facing problem with the TV's sound system where the sound and the picture are not in line. all the dialogues are audible after 5-8 seconds of the particular scene is over. i have repeatedly registered complaint with customer care. no doubt that they have come and checked the system but no one is able to resolve the problem. Service people just come and open the TV, do some cleaning or alike stuff and leaves. The problem is still persisting. It will be 12 months that the TV is with me but of no use.
Another example of the irresponsible customer care is that no one out of 6 members ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) have even felt a need to acknowledge the Email sent on 12/7and send a reply that someone is working on this.
I'll ensure that no one from BEL (my Employer) make any kind of business with Onida hence forth.
