Worst level of customer service

We had purchased Onida Microwave PC 21 model o n 31.12.2008. since then it has been more in service centre and less at our home.

the microwave has been at service centre since 4.12.10. Now 4 months have passed and yet the service centres continues with its patented reply that "Part is not available, please wait"

I would like to state that we do not buy a product to keep it in service centre more and less at home.

We hereby apply for REPLACEMENT of the said microwave immediately and any repairs would not be at all ACCEPTED.
