Onida Washing Machine
Not providing proper service

I have onida washing machine from i have complaint for machine that its not working so they give me complaint no: 10070666382099 29-07 every day we call them they says that part is out stock part will available b tomorrow morning & engineer will visit in evening. But till now problem is not solved.

this not the first time. on every compliant this happens they aroun 3 months to solve the problem

sp pls take some action against the company
