Regarding compliant of onida company

I had purchased Washing Machine half automatic one in last week of Nov The machine is having 2 yrs warranty.

There is problem in function of washing process some of engineers they came and said one of the part is not available in our Delhi service centers they told the part will be available in our mumbai service centre will available in 2 or 3 days but i have waited from last 3 weeks this is bullshit service all guys are false so i need a solution let me know about your services.
