I bought a Onida Automatic Washing Machine Hydromatic 60 on 31/10. On April the machine started to make some weired noise while rotating the drum. Registered a complain in the shop where it was purchased from. A technician from the shop came and didn't open the machine as it was under warranty. So, he lodged a complain in the Onida Service Centre in Tinsukia. A technician from Onida came about after a week took my sign in some requirement papers. He informed that either capacitor or the motor is bad and he would place the order for the items. Since then it has been nearly two months and nobody has attended to the problem yet. I rang up the technician several times and his reply was always the same. he said that he had done his part. He was unable to attend to it as he did not receive the items ordered. Onida claim to sort out customer issues in no time and what not.

Comparatively LG provide very fast customer service. I am satisfied with the services LG had provided in my cases; I never had to wait for more that 24 hours. and in case of Onida it has been more than 48 days. Till today I have not received any response from them. I even e-mailed to the customer relation centre in the id: [email protected] as provided in their website. but no reply. I feel cheated.
