We had bought Onida AC 1 ton Oct. When the package was opened No remote was found with it. Therafter about a 100 times we have spoken to the dealer about this thing, but he has not done anything till now. During winters we did not use the AC, but we started using it since mid MARCH onwards. But on 31 Mar the compressor has become unserviceable. I will request u to put pressure on the dealer from top, so that he attends to my complaint.
