Orient table fan purchased on 31/03/10 stoped working on 12/06/10, same day we launched complaint to the company thru dealer but company sent its person on 14/06/10 after many follow ups. Company person serviced & started the fan but again it stopped working on same day evening. We called company on 15/06/10, company assured to send person but no one came to look after the complaint.
