On 18th of April I lodged a complaint of 'No Signal' when the Collection Boy-Chitta Prusty came for the monthly collection of bill. He said he will lodge the complaint and person incharge of area will check it out and also do the needful. Nothing happened on that day, Next day when we call the person incharge-he said he is suffering from cough and cold and can't work. So we lodged the complaint in customer care no:2123734 on 19th April in around 10.30 am. When nobody contacted us in the day, so again called the customer care-9776091111 and person who took the call said that Technical Dept. will contact you as soon as posible and then there is no contact from your Technical Dept. I don't have the time to go to 5th Floor Bhartia Tower to lodge the complaint again. Phone number is ringing but with no response.
I am not satisfied and will never recommend anyone to subscribe with Ortel for any services.
