P 10 front load fully automatic washing machine
Worst service i have ever received

MY COMPLAIN NO. IS 8428366198 AND THE COMPLAIN DATE IS 1ST JUNE THE PERSON FROM THE COMPANY VISITED ON 3RD JULY INFORMING THAT MACHINE HAS TO BE TAKEN TO THE WORKSHOP AND SOME SPARE PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED AND THAT CAN ONLY BE DONE ON 5TH OF JUNE.

AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES THE PERSON FROM THE COMPANY CAME TO PICK MACHINE ON 11TH OF JUNE. EVEN AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO THE MANAGER OF THE MURGESHPALLYA SERVICE STATION IN BANGALORE, MR PAUL,

HE IS NOT BOTHERED TO INFORM ME WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE MACHINE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL HIM BUT NOT ABLE TO CONTACT HIM .

I AM REALLY DISAPPIONTED TO SEE THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG. I AM GOING THROUGH SUCH A BAD PHASE AS I AM HAVING GUESTS AT MY PLACE AND ALSO 2 SMALL KIDS.

I AM JUST NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO IF THIS IS KIND OF SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM YOU I WILL MAKE SURE THAT FROM NOW ONWARDS I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM SAMSUNG.

I JUST HOPE TO RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE.
