As per the local service man the synchrous motor is not functioning and needs to be replaced. He is unable to find the spares from Valsad (Gujarat)
May I request you to do the needful. He has also told me that Vediocon is not supporting them to supply necessary spares for maintaining the machines, even the front control panel.
I request you to reply and do the needful failing which we will have to approach Grahak surksha.
