I have purchased the Panasonic refrigerator of Model no. NR-BU342SS1N on the date of 12th November
After some days approximately 2-3 months noticeable amount of water started leaking put from the lower section of refrigerator i.e. freezer.
I made a complaint to the Regional Trainer (Consumer Service Division) several times.
Each time i made a complaint their response was like "we'll solve the problem but we will have to check your refrigerator. They want the problem to occur in front of them & this has happened twice.
Before few days they have kept my refrigerator under observation for more then 10 days but still they failed to identify the problem & my solution was kept aside.
The product is in the warranty period & i hope that my complaints get solved as soon as possible
