Company is fooling customers

I bought a 26' LCD TV - it said it is 170 X 170 angle viewing .. but it has actually only 170 horizontal angle viewing. My family cannot sit together and watch TV. you can watch it only from a set direction in front of it. Total waste of money.

I have been running around with the sales person and writing mails to helpdesk of Panasonic. No replies

Also not taking phone calls.

Worst is that post my complain they have changed the specs on website also!
