Failure in replacing defective air conditioner & regarding unprofessional behaviour of deale

We purchased panasonic make split type air conditioners on 20-04.from m/s ECO COOL opp.agarsen bhawan H-11, patel nagar 3rd, ghaziabad. The air conditioner is not of mercantile use. The air conditioner is defective AB-INITIO and the dealer not listen to our genuine grievance.
