Hello Sir/Madam,
I had sifted my house hold stuff through your movers and packers under the leadership of Mr. Suresh sarma on 1st June 10 from madinaguda to Panvel (New Mumbai).
Materila had reached on 3rd morning and during unpacking and commissioning it was found that TV is not functioning properly and Sofa had got damaged. Immediately it was communicated to sarma and he requested to cehck all the material and communicate. Accoringly an Email was send and follow up started but till date i could not able to get the original insurance certificate nor any one visited the house to check the damage
requested to look in to the matter and do the needful ASAP
