I had Purchased 21" TV in the year 1994. Model No. 21PT 2405/94R from Nashik. I was working properly till March. There after TV start giving problems and I brought this TV on 28th Marchat Philps Authorized Service Center In Nashik "M/s VIDEO CARE, Authorized Philips Service Center, Kamal Apartment, 1st Floor, Opp. Sharanpur Road Tel. Exch. Canada Corner, Nashik 422002". They had charged Rs. 450/- Receipt No 15286 Dt. 04/04) and told me that problems are solved and return it back on 4th April after almost 1 week followups. The TV had worked for one week there after, again same problem started and there after I again brought it back and had given it to the said Authorized Service center on 27th March. I am taking followup daily but there is no proper response from them. I am feed up with there service and reply. Sorry to say that this is the worst service I am getting from you center.
