I have purchased samsung galaxy s3 (I9300) on 10/07.its imei no.3537190529788077 on 22/07 my phone is locked automatically.i have registered my complaint on authorised service centre in kanpur and my token no.is 13657.they have ask me 170 rupees for phone unlocking.and company provides me one year warranty then why should i pay170 rupees when it's not my fault.actual problem is that my initial letter of passcode is v but when i press on v .letter t appers on screen.it is clear that the main fault apper in mobile i have not done anything with mobile and i have complaint this whole matter in service centre.so please take some action as soon as possible.
