I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy GT I9003 in April. I experienced the first problem in October and the phone had its first visit to the service center.
The problem was rectified and I was told there was some software problem. Since then, the phone had been working fine till June. I have started experiencing the problem where the touch does not responds. Initially the problem was for a day and the phone was working normally the next day. Now the touch does not respond at all.
My complaint is regarding the product quality, a product which was priced at approx. 20K does not work for one full year without going to the Service Center. Why was this product sold in the marketplace, a sub standard product.
Can we expect a response to this complaint.
