Its complaint is against customer service. I bought gas stove on 26 Jan. Middle Pipe of gas burner (Middle) is leaking and it has caught fire 2 times. We logged a complaint with Complaint# :1104/5 but nobody attended. We called customer care and attendent 2-3 times but nobody listened. It is regret to say that Pigeon don't understand value of life and there should be strict action taken against Pigeon company. I feel customer care representatives are rude and don't know how to take to customer. They don't understand English and Hindi. At last, I can say that I have a very bad experience with Pigeon Gas.
