Useless and fraud

Dear sir,

I am rohit agrawal from Bhubaneswar (orissa).

i had purchased a Planet Kichen Chimney in last dec 2101. It was one the most effective and powerful chimney as the company sales manager told me while selling the chimney. He told me that no smoke will came out from kichen (my kichen is too small size). But from the first day they have installed the chimney in our kichen, it is not working properly, only aprx . 10% smoke is going outside from kichen and the rest 90% smoke coming to our drawing rooms/ dinning space. We make a complaint for the same but the company representative told us that chimney is ok and it will work like that. Now i feel like a big idiut, why i have installed this planet chimney in my kitchen? This PLANET BRAND CHIMNEY is just useless and service of company is also horrible. from last one week i have called minimum 10 times to the local company dealer/Office for a service, but no one is coming for the servicing.

So dear friends if you are thinking about this PLANET BRAND CHIMNEY for your kichen just be alert and be aware of this brand. Dont go for this brand chimney. I m suffering so you dont.
