I had purchase a HTC 3452 hand-set from Planet M retail Ltd. from there Prashant Vihar outlet on dated 31, March. The set starts troubling with hanging problem in July so I hand-over the phone to the Planat M Prashant Vihar outlet for repairing. HTC services center had give a estimate of Rs. 7000 approximate. As the set was under warranty for two years, so Planet M need to pay this amount. I was given all the promises and commitment to deliver back the phone to me on time, but it is already three month pass and I had not got my phone back. I had spoken with all the senior guys of Planet M and every one had given me false commitment. Now no one is picking my phone and prashant vihar outlet guys are saying that they will take the delivery of the handset from HTC services center after getting money from their head office only.
