TV 42", though working, was making small sound on the rear. Tech. on exam.on 29-09 stated that Transformer needs replacement. Exam. charges paid Rs.1000 TV sent to factory after 8 days. There after TV came back on 10-01 and the Company charged me Rs, 8000 for repairs and Rs.700 for transport.
TV did not work at all and is still lying in factory. I lost working TV and in addition Rs.9700 on repairs. TV purchased on 11-05. Considering the fact that TV was working I should get Rs.20000 as loss plus refund of Rs.9700.
