I have purchased a mobile (Samsung omnia W) from Kaunsa.com on 22nd November.(order no Kaun/41026). They said they will ship in 10-15 days but its been more than 20days and still i did not receive my product. I ahve tried to call them but no response. I tried mailing them, for what ever query i ask, their reply is "We are extremely sorry in such delay. We would like to inform you that your order is in process which you can receive in 3-4 days.". i have been getting this message for past 10 days. kindly please help me.
