Non Delivery/Not responding to phone/Emails

Hi Sir,

I have ordered a mobile handset (Micromax Canvas 2) for INR 9650 from my virtual plaza on 19/12. I have been tried reaching them in the provided mobile and lnadline numbers (09701123667, 04023562071, 04065656560) but could not get through to them nobody is recieving the calls. I have also escalated this and send them an email to the following Email Id's ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). Apart from my repeated escalations i have not recieved any response.
