My Name is Rohit Mehta. Recently i purchased a Whirlppol Magicook Microwave 25 L from Star Cj included a Mixer Grinder of an unknown Brand as a Gift. Somehow from the very first day the mixer grinder is not at all working even it is in under warranty period. I have call Star CJ for the same but all i have got is just a harrasment. Everytime whenever i call their customer care executives they used to say that they will do that same. And one of the exec said in a very cheap lang ” Free mein aur kya maharaja mixer grinder loge? ”
I never asker star CJ to provide gift hampers but if u are representing something on a National TV. You shouldnt behave like this. This is the way u r treating Customers. Since i have not received any call from their side. What do i do. Plz suggest.
Instead of getting an apology or a service call from the company i am receiving threatning call from them. saying that do whatever u want we will not do anything.
Provide a solution for this pathetic Product.
