This UPS is so bad, becuse the service person doesn't know the problems in a logical manner. Secondly they change the boards on trial and error basis. They only replace old serviced boards but charge for new boards and they will take back old boards. Service is very poor. they try to put the blame on your batteries or on your Input power parameters.
