Non Delivery of Ordered Item Order details

Date Of Order : 11/30 6:52 AM The "Track Your Order Status" on their website is never updated. When ever I call and request status on my ordered item I get false reasons either - held up in customs, in transit to India, at global hub which is the reverse order in which an item is shipped from US to India (it is like they are sending a product to US from India). Every time I contact them the delivery date is pushed forward by another week. It has been one month instead of 10-14 days as per their shipping policy and a very bad online shopping experience. There have been 100s like these complaints online about shopyourworld. Is there a way to put an end to this by shutting down the website or legal action against the people behind this. Please help me out as I have collected this money after 6 months of my salary savings.
