Compressor get faulty in 32 days

This is reference to the Refrigerator model no (RR2015BBL) that I had purchased from Vaibhav electronics, Santacruz (east) on 11th Nov. 2012 in the name of Krittika Gurav. On 12th Dec. 2012 We noticed that the Refrigerator was not cooling and we put in a complain to the service center. The engineer came and inspected the appliance an 13th Dec and told that the compressor had failed.

I had told the Samsung people that I wanted the defective pce to be replaced with a new one and was given the assurance that the same would be replaced. After constant reminders from my side I was told that a new unit would not be given, The service center had given the option to refund my money. Again I was assured that my money would be refunded and all the necessary documents were taken from me.

Today when I called Mr. Atul from samsung, I was told that the same unit will be repaired for which I flatly refused.
