Nonactivation of monthly chalisapackservice

I have been forced to receive monthly chalisa pack service @rs.10-per month. I never demanded. A sum of Rs.10-per month being deducted fom my account since last 2-3 years. No body hears the complaint. This is injustice in a democratic country. My mobile no. 09417890988. M.R.Arora S.A.S.Nagar, Punjab. PIN.160055
