CHEATING WITH IMPROPER SERVICE

Dear Sir/Mam,

Plz find the detail remarks for which i am suffering alot by purchasing a Micromax Handset.

i was facing O/G issue in my Handset. I went MICROMAX CHECK POINT at Bapuji nagar, Bhubaneswar and they told me that Mother board is to be replaced @ Rs 1100.I was also agreed.

But after 3 days they returned me the Handset by charging Rs 400 telling me about some SOFTWARE UPDATION.

Again same issue repeated the very next day.

I again visited and reported the issue and they are again charging me Rs 1200 and when i asked about my expended Rs 400 they are unable to explain

My 1st Complaint No: E010144-0812-1683948 (I WAS CHARGED Rs 400 UNDER MR NO.980)

My 2nd Complaint No: E010144-0912-1835790

THERE IS NO-ONE TO LISTEN MY WORDS AND THE COMPANY PERSONALS ARE MAILING ME TO VISIT THERE AGAIN AND CALL THEM.BUT NOBODY IS RESPONDING TO ME AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS THRU MAIL STARTING FROM DTD 9.11.12
