I bought high class model wash basin in chennai and payed money to shopkeeper after one week he transported it through navata transport and found that piece is full broken so by seeing broken piece I didnt collect it from navata transport. Original bill and lr no for transport both of them are with navata transport only. so pls help me how can I claim that amount. Can I speak with shopkeeper or transport person who will be responsible for it in which way can I get my money back.if they not agreed to give money can I lodge complaint in consumer court..
