I purchased fly mobile-B-700 from Hotspot Ashok Vihar. Bill number 2778, book number 56 dated 31/08/08 along with care pack-number-26719 dated 31/08/08.

During first 6 months phone had a network problem and subsequently it was send to hotspot for repair when they changed My IMEI number.
After few months again there was a network problem and one Sim was not working so it was again send back for repair on 03/06/10. Job sheet number 029 dated 03/06/10. Then after few months they asked me to deposit all accessories and said that the phone is not repairable and will be given 50 % credit.
ALL accessories were deposited few days after the completion of warranty
We kept on asking for credit again and again making rounds of hotspot Ashok vihar where Mr. Varun or Mr. Rohit would be present and would say that you will get credit by next week. The next week will never come. This kept happening for many months. NOT EVEN ONCE THEY SAID THAT THERE IS ANY ISSUE RELATED TO GETTING CREDIT.
And in march (after 9 months) suddenly one day Mr. varun called and said that hotspot people are saying that there can not be any refund and will repair the handset.
They gave me contact detail of Mr. hemant who subsequently asked me to talk to mr. Saurabh. Who said that they will replace all inside parts and just outer cover will be old AND THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE CREDIT.
When we went to take delivery they said that battery is discharged and check thoroughly at home and if There is any problem report back to us. When we checked it home it had the same problem which was reported 10 months back.
Now it was again deposited on 4.4.11, book no. 4801, jobsheet-024.
NOW THEY SAY THAT THIS SET IS OUT OF WARRANTY CAN CANNOT BE REPAIRED.
I feel That this is complete breach of trust and deficiency in service and arrogance of mr. Hemant who does not like to talk to consumer and solve their problem.
I have reported the case to JAGO GRAHAK JAGO helpline who asked me to write a letter to company first and registered my complaint.
Deficiency in service:
1. Varun and Rohit at hot spot Ashok Vihar did not once tell us that they will not give credit in the nine months.
2. It took more than nine months to repair the handset .and still have same problem.
Breach of trust
1. Mr. Saurabh Called and told me that we will replace all inside parts with new parts, which was not done.
2. At hotspot Ashok vihar, they did not let us check the handset, under the pretext that battery is discharged and asked us to report if there is a problem.
3. After checking and realizing the set is not repaired we went back next day they issued us new jobsheet number erasing all previous correspondence written on old job sheet.
4. Now they say the set is out of warranty and can not be repaired.
