Not providing gas cylinder at our door step

Hi

I am one of the consumer of the HP gas cylinder in kankavli and kudal

we are not getting cylinder's at our door step

we have to take note of, when cylinder truck will come

and we personally have to go there at the place where that truck stops and we have to bring cylinder, we have to wait for long time or we have keep waiting on roadside to find out when that truck will pass from our area

they are not giving us cylinder at our door steps

and outside they take more money on each cylinder and give those cylinder to hotel or the person who is in more need

please take note of this, all over I want to say they are not providing cylinders at our doorstep and that is indirect harrasment to the consumer please take note of this

and take necessary steps so they will provide cylinders to all people at their door steps.

this the genuine request from one consumer to hp gas suppliers

or otherwise start gas pipe line as it is started in mumbai..
